Resolution Plan & Investors

Our expertise in formation of resolution plan according to the law and finding investors for (Bank auction properties)within the specific time frame of 180 days for the same. Formation of Resolution Plan is the most important part of the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process, which includes the determination of liquidation value of the Corporate Debtor. Resolution Plans defined u/s 5(26) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 as under: “Resolution Plan” means a plan proposed by resolution applicant for Insolvency Resolution of the Corporate Debtor as a going concern in accordance with Part II of the Code. In accordance with the provisions of Regulation 38 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016, the contents of the Resolution Plan will broadly include the following: 1. Identify the specific sources of funds that will be used to pay the Insolvency Resolution Process Costs, Liquidation Value due to Operational Creditors and Dissenting Financial Creditors; 2.
